| Adnaan Ismail | Talhah Kadoo | |
|---|---|---|
| Business | Zephyr Ops (web dev / marketing agency + car detailing) | Construction Hyper / Paint & Hardware Hyper (retail, 50+ staff) |
| Comfort with AI | 3 / 5 | 5 / 5 |
| Biggest pain | Can't get AI to do what he wants reliably; Agency OS connection failed before | Pricing large wholesale invoices is slow |
| 3-month win | AI "working as an employee" for him | Price a big customer fast + social content on demand |
| Brought today | Price list | Price list, recent invoice, marketing material, spreadsheet |
| Stack | Claude, ChatGPT, websites, booking system | Sage 200, Shopify, WhatsApp Business, email |
All three plugins are bundled into one folder. No GitHub, no logins, no network. This is what failed for Adnaan last time. Copy, point Claude at the folder, install.
In the bundle
asmal-plugins folder to their machine (USB / AirDrop), or unzip asmal-plugins.zip. Note the full path.# point Claude at the folder you copied (use the real path) claude plugin marketplace add /Users/them/asmal-plugins # install all three (these lines are what actually installs) claude plugin install staffmint@asmal claude plugin install agency-os@asmal claude plugin install command-center@asmal
marketplace add only registers the folder — it does not install anything. The three install lines are mandatory. After installing, restart Claude Code (or run /reload-plugins if available) so skills and commands load.bash projects/training-bundle/build-bundle.sh to rebuild the bundle + zip with the latest version, then re-copy the folder. Do this before Block 4.Your story: who you are, how you use AI every day, what they walk out with today.
Frame the three tools in one line each so the day has a spine: Staffmint = your AI team, Agency OS = your agency operating system, Command Center = the brain that ties it together. Set expectation: today is setup + first real wins, not theory.
Install Staffmint together (Section A). It's the easiest entry point and it is Cowork, which they both asked about. Then demo back to back with their real files.
He brought a price list and an invoice. Run his exact #1 pain live: turn the price list into a professional wholesale quote in under a minute. This is the moment he buys in.
His struggle is prompting. Show how the Staffmint specialists carry the prompting for him: agency services in, three Instagram captions out. Reframe "AI as an employee" as real.
Then have each of them run one prompt themselves before moving on. Hands on keys.
Adnaan tried to connect Agency OS before and it failed. Frame this block as "today we make it actually work for you." The local install removes the thing that broke last time.
Install, then run a quick profile build for each, and walk each one to a first deliverable:
A marketing post for Construction Hyper / Paint & Hardware Hyper. He wants social content on demand — give him one he can post.
Agency positioning / first-client pitch copy. He's just starting and unsure who to target — the ICA + offer build directly answers that.
Re-bundle first if your update changed it (Section A note). Install, then show how it sits on top of the other two: the brain plus Adam as Chief of Staff.
Keep this higher-level and demo-first. Tailor the use case per person: Talhah → operations and team. Adnaan → client delivery. Leave each with a working install and one thing to do before the week is out.
Have these ready so you're not improvising live. Attach their file, paste, run.
Here is my price list [attach]. A contractor is asking for a quote: [X units of Y]. Build a professional wholesale quote with line items, quantities, unit prices, totals, and a 15% margin applied. Format it ready to send to the customer.
I run Construction Hyper (Ingco tools, in store and online) and Paint & Hardware Hyper. Write 3 Instagram captions promoting [product / promotion]. Punchy, for South African builders and DIYers. Include a clear call to action.
I run a web development and digital marketing agency. Here are the 3 services I currently offer: [list]. Write 3 Instagram captions for each service. Conversational, no jargon, focused on results for small business owners in South Africa.
I build interactive websites and I'm just starting, so I'm not sure who to target. Help me pick one specific, reachable niche I can win first. Give me the niche, why it fits, where they hang out, and the one offer I'd lead with.
Swap the [bracketed] parts live with whatever they have open. Let them watch you type the prompt once, then they run the next one.
